  Here are just some of the changes up right now. We've redesigned the video section to be as user friendly as possible. The video listing include descriptions and dates and the individual video pages 

are much more clearly laid out according to connection speeds and video formats. Our gallery section now includes the names of each of the muscle men under the thumbnails of their specific galleries. The "Men of Manifest" section features an up-to-date listing and links to the pictures and videos of our muscle models.  And yes, as we said there are more changes to come.
