  South American muscle man and bodybuilding champ Alejandro de la Guardia debuted this week in a live show at Manifest Men and the footage that videographer Adam shot was so red hot that we couldn't wait to post it up in our video gallery. Manifest Men is livin' large in November! We've already mentioned that we're starting the month off with the bulging biceps and cannonball pecs of StonehengeXXL in a live show on November 1 at 9PM CDT. You guys who haven't seen him perform yet are in for a treat! Two days later on Monday November 3 we are proud and excited to have Nate Christianson make his free live show debut.

This is a very rare opportunity for all of you Manifest Men members to see one of the muscle men who appeared during the Manifest Men early days. We are thrilled to have Nate Christianson back at Manifest Muscle. There are very few guys you could call an ageless Adonis and Nate is one of them. 

  On Saturday November 8 Manifest Men Live! returns to our studio loft for another live presentation from Studio1010. We'll be announcing the schedule and letting you know who we've got showing up, but we guarantee you this is going to be very special. As a reminder our "Studio Live" are the next best thing to being here in person on the set of one of the videos that will appear in our gallery as it's being shot. And those of who who have seen these shows before know that anything can happen here---including news and announcements as they happen.

Once again we have TWO gallery updates for you this week, almost 40 new hi-res pics of Mitchell Rock and Christian Adams. If there was such a thing as a bodybuilding encyclopedia and you were to look up the term "washboard abs" it's highly likely that you'd find a photo of Christian Adams. And if you think that the idea of eight-pack abs is a myth then you really haven't seen Christian Adams who even in his most casual poses is ripped and naturally sexy. You may recognize the setting for this series of gallery photos as they were taken during the filming of Palm Springs Idyll.
